Hi I'm Elisa, Licensed Massage Therapist, Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner and Certified Yoga Instructor.

As a Mother and a Practitioner, I am constantly amazed at the body's natural ability to heal itself. I believe that both my purpose and my passion are in helping my clients on their journey towards overall health and well-being.

I often say that it is a gentle process that leads toward results. By providing solid soft tissue therapy, true compassion and a sprinkling of humor along the way, I am able to help my clients experience less pain, reach a greater range of motion and feel better as the body begins its natural healing process.

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. It became popular in the West in the 20th century. The word, yoga, comes from the Sanskrit yuj, which means “to yoke” and "samadhi" or "concentration." Thus, yoga is the practice that aims to join the mind, body and spirit. The ultimate goal of yoga is to achieve liberation.

Our work habits are producing an increase in work-related injuries and stress. Computer use, poor ergonomics and extended sitting contribute to painful neck, shoulder and back tension, as well as repetitive stress conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This leads to a loss of productivity, increased absenteeism, and higher healthcare costs.Workplace massage reduces stress and improves performance.

A Thai massage incorporates a traditional combination of acupressure, energy meridian work and passive yoga stretching.  There are no oils used, Client remains clothed and treatment is given on a mat on the floor instead of a massage table.  Thai massage is an excellent compliment to any exercise routine and is suitable for clients of all ages and abilities.
