Mellow Mama

A nurturing massage with special attention on areas affected by demands of pregnancy. Using special props and pillows allows your therapist to "feather your nest" and nurture your needs.

Thai Yoga Massage

An ancient healing system which combines acupressure, Ayurvedic principles and assisted yoga postures in this process, joints are opened, muscles and tendons are stretched, internal organs are toned, and energy is balanced. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical and mental well-being. Traditional Thai Massage uses no oils or lotions and recipient remains clothed during treatment.
